1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each bag is made with love and care, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your bag has been carefully crafted and inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing Taylors bags and supporting our small business.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your bag is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your bag’s journey from our workshop to your door.
4. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bag within 14 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details, or contact us at support@taylors-bags.com to start the return process.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do! I’m thrilled to ship my bags worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary based on your location. If you’re outside Canada and interested in placing an order, please feel free to reach out for more details.
6. How should I care for my leather bag?
Leather is a beautiful, natural material that gets better with age. To keep your bag looking its best:
- Condition: Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain its suppleness.
- Storage: Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Cleaning: Wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather. If you have any specific questions about caring for your bag, We're happy to help—just send me a message!
7. Can I customize a bag?
We love working with customers to create something truly special. If you have a specific idea or would like a custom bag, please contact us at support@taylors-bags.com and we can discuss the possibilities. We will do our best to bring your vision to life!
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay securely using, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@taylors-bags.com If your bag has not yet been processed, We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
